Cancellation & Refund Policy

Safescape Foundation states that it aims to manage contributions transparently and responsibly. The following conditions apply across adoptions, donations, and volunteering.

Adoption Cancellation

• Before approval: adoption applications can be cancelled without fees by notifying Safescape in writing.
• After approval but before placement: cancellation is still possible, but any paid adoption fees are treated as charitable donations and are not refunded.
• After animal placement: cancellations are generally not possible because of Safescape’s long-term welfare commitment.

Donation Cancellation

• Recurring donations can be cancelled at any time and take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
• One-time donations cannot be cancelled or refunded once processed.
• The live site notes that these contributions may qualify as Section 80G donations for tax deduction purposes.

Volunteer Cancellation

• You may withdraw a volunteer application before participating in activities without incurring fees.
• If you are already volunteering and wish to stop, the live policy asks that you inform Safescape in writing at least two weeks in advance to help with scheduling.

Important Note

The live site states that all cancellation requests should be made in writing, by email or physical letter, within 30 days of the event triggering the request.
