Commitment & Availability:
Please indicate your realistic availability to help us plan projects effectively.
If you commit to an event or task, we expect timely participation and communication.
Remote and in-person opportunities are available, so choose based on your comfort level.
Code of Conduct:
Volunteers should act with integrity, respect, and inclusivity towards all individuals.
Any form of discrimination, harassment, or misconduct will not be tolerated.
Volunteers must follow the instructions of coordinators and adhere to organizational policies.
Confidentiality & Media Consent:
Some volunteer roles may involve handling sensitive information; confidentiality is required.
Safescape Foundation may capture photos/videos during activities for promotional purposes. By signing the
form, you consent to their use unless you specify otherwise.
Health & Safety:
Volunteers participating in physical activities must ensure they are in good health and follow safety protocols.
If you have any medical conditions or special needs, please inform us in advance.
Application Process:
After submitting your form, our team will review your application.
Shortlisted candidates may be contacted for an orientation or interview (if applicable).
You will receive confirmation and details on your assigned role if selected.
