By sponsoring meals through Safescape Foundation, you’re agreeing to the simple terms below. We’ve kept
this as clear and transparent as possible so you know exactly how your support is used.
1. What your sponsorship supports
Your sponsorship helps us prepare and distribute meals for the animals supported by Safescape
Foundation. It covers food, preparation, and the related running costs.
2. Sponsorship dates
You can sponsor a single date or multiple dates. Dates depend on availability and final confirmation.
Once a date is booked and payment is done, it is treated as reserved.
3. Payment & confirmation
Sponsorship is confirmed only after the payment goes through successfully. You’ll get a confirmation by
email or receipt after that. Payments are handled securely through our payment partners.
4. How the funds are used
We’ll use the funds for meal-related work only. If something unexpected comes up, like a logistical issue
or emergency, we may move the sponsorship to the nearest possible date or a similar initiative, while
keeping the original intent intact.
5. Cancellations & refunds
Sponsorships are usually non-refundable, because planning and purchases start soon after booking. In
special cases, refund requests may be reviewed at Safescape Foundation’s discretion. If we can’t fulfill
a sponsored date, we may offer an alternate date or a refund.
6. Donor recognition
If you’d like, you can choose to be acknowledged by name or with a short message for the day. We may
moderate or decline anything that feels inappropriate or doesn’t fit our values.
7. Updates & transparency
Wherever possible, we may share updates, photos, or short summaries about the meals you sponsored. This
is just for transparency and impact updates, so it may not be available for every sponsorship.
8. Tax receipts
If applicable, donation receipts for tax purposes will be issued as per Indian regulations. Please make
sure the details you enter are accurate so we can process them properly.
9. Liability
Safescape Foundation is not responsible for indirect or incidental losses connected to this program. We
always do our best to deliver impact, but we can’t promise outcomes beyond the intent of the program.
10. Updates to these terms
These terms may change from time to time. If you continue participating, that means you agree to the
latest version.
By confirming, you’re agreeing that the selected dates are a sponsorship request, and that they’ll be
reserved only after Safescape Foundation checks availability.
