Financial Responsibility: As a loving pet owner, you'll be responsible for providing all necessary care for your adopted animal, including veterinary costs, food, and other essential supplies. We encourage you to carefully consider your financial commitment before applying.
Re-homing Procedures: While we hope every adoption is permanent, unforeseen circumstances may sometimes necessitate re-homing. Should you ever need to re-home your adopted animal, Safescape Foundation requests that you contact us first. We'll work with you to find the most suitable and responsible solution for both your pet and their future family.
Information Accuracy: All information provided in your adoption application, including references and household details, will be subject to verification. Providing accurate and complete information ensures a smooth and transparent adoption process.

Pet Surrender:
Completing the pet surrender form signifies your formal request for Safescape Foundation to take custody of your animal. Please thoroughly review and understand the following terms before proceeding:
Ownership Transfer: Upon submission of this form, you irrevocably relinquish all legal rights of ownership and authority over your pet to Safescape Foundation. This includes any future claims or involvement in the animal's life.
No Further Updates: While we strive to provide the best possible care for all animals in our shelter, we may not be able to offer regular updates or detailed information about your pet's individual status or well-being.
Adoption at Safescape's Discretion: All surrendered animals become eligible for adoption through Safescape Foundation's adoption process. The final decision regarding placement in a loving home rests with our experienced team, and further involvement from the previous owner is not permitted.
By completing and submitting the pet surrender form, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of the above terms. This agreement is legally binding.

You will contribute to the animal's well-being by following the care instructions provided, including administering prescribed medication, attending scheduled veterinary appointments, and implementing any recommended training or socialization strategies.
You will maintain open communication with Safescape Foundation, keeping them informed of the animal's progress, any potential concerns, and your availability for future fostering opportunities.
Volunteering:

Commitment and Reliability: Volunteering requires dedication and consistent attendance. We kindly request that you only express interest if you're confident in fulfilling your time commitment to our cause. Animal Handling: Our animals may have diverse backgrounds and temperaments. Volunteers will be required to participate in training sessions and follow safety protocols when interacting with the animals.
